**Edit**
A wee list of where the photos were taken:
1. The toilet cubicle at Anne Hathaway's Cottage in Stratford upon Avon (good light does not discriminate)
2. St. Conan's Kirk
3. Stirling Castle
4. St. Michael's Church in Linlithgow
5. Lauriston Castle
6. A hotel near Skeabost, Isle of Skye
7. an old shop in Edinburgh somewhere (can't remember)
8. Anne Hathaway's cottage (the cottage itself, not the toilet)
9. Crammond Island

Great new banner beetums! That works for me. God it won't stop raining.
How beautiful!
Lovely weekend pics. `rick
Great weekend pictures and I love the banner, brillant choice.
Love and hugs.
Beautiful stuff...
If I weren't already convinced that you live in the most beautiful of places, you have to go and pull out the rainbows. Also extraordinary!
All your pics are gorgeous. But your banner is breathtaking. I saw it and immediately smiled and a little "oh!" escaped my lips.
I love your weekend windows! Thank you...♥
what lovely windows, the top one is my favourite I think - all those leaves trying to get in! I love your new header too!
What lovely windows! I especially like the second one, the stained glass figure--where did you take it? And who is it? He doesn't look like your typical saint, is he a knight?
Thanks for the window into you world.
Beautiful stained glass windows. Wow!!
I wonder if our outlook on life varies depending on what kind of window from which we view it.
I think # 7 might be an old shop in St. Stephen's Street - I grew up in Edinburgh and live in Vermont now - I've looked at that window many a time.
Great photos. Now racking my brains as to where that shop might be.
I would love to have breakfast in that glass dining room! Esp. if it was cold and windy outside and I had a cup of good coffee or hot chocolate. Lovely detailed photos!
Oh - the shop is on St. Stephen's Street - I remember now. Near Mr. Purves. Thanks, Shona!
Thank you for taking me somewhere I've never been before. How cool is that???
Blessings~~~
Indeed, good light does not discriminate...one must take it where one finds it, whether dunghill or rose garden.
Lovely...
Windows are great. Scotland is grrrrrreat. Windows IN Scotland? BLOODY GRRRRRREAT!!!!!!
My faves are 3,5, and 9.
8-)
Golly - people sure do like windows. Thanks for all your comments. I cyber hug each of you in turn.
Wow. Great collection. I'm going to look for my own windows now.
