You deserve treats. Yes you do.

Hurrah! A few of you have been helping out my friend Ian's band, Danny Echo, in their quest to win the Peak Performance Project. That's super and makes me feel great. They have until near the end of November so fingers crossed and any more clicking would be greatly appreciated.

For being so outstanding I offer treats in the form of photos.

First, here is my new dumbbell set. I can't actually use much of the weight yet, but it is there as I get stronger. The weights are brand new and they smell funny, like machinery:

Here is the lovely wee witch who occupies a special place in my livingroom window:

And here is me holding a bag of roasted monkey nuts. Yummy! (Ace Ventura voice)

I'm ever so thrilled. If you want to vote for Danny Echo you can do so here. Thanks.

I voted. I am reading you on the extent musicians have to go to "make it" in virtuality these days. Bring back he days of vinyl. Hang on- bring ON the days of everyone having a chance to sell through iTunes! Going there just now myself with two charges of my own... Wish Danny Echo well!

Just wanted to say hi since I haven't been around in a while. Monkey nuts? Brilliant! Have fun with the weights- if that's possible. I hate exercise myself but love how I feel afterwards.
